What should I wear?
Whatever you want! Most importantly: loose comfortable clothing.
Yoga is best practiced without socks!
What should I bring?
Water bottle
Yoga mat (some can be provided if needed)
Towel or blanket
Sunscreen (if practicing outside and especially at the beach!)
Blocks if you have them, but some can be provided as well
Journal
Open heart and mind
What is trauma-informed yoga?
Language matters and we strive to use language that allows you to feel safe and supported - physically and mentally.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are one hour in length and you can ask questions at any time. You should expect to feel calm, connected, relaxed and centered by the end of the lesson. Perhaps you will explore new or old postures in a different way.
